I suspect he is - would love him to actually substantiate it though.

I can't substantiate it, which is why I'm not going to name him. It's possible also that he does it out of a lack of awareness rather than selfishness. i can't know his motives.

A bit baffling if people think Bell is the most selfish player in the team. For the starters, he has not called for an IPL window.

Nope - Arthur worships the ground that Trott walks on. The latter is regarded as selfish though by some of his county colleagues - I know that for a fact.

what he said wasn't a criticism of trott tho , assuming i have guessed right , and also interpretted his comments in the manner they were intended

Anyway, I've had ample opportunity to air this opinion in the past, and I haven't. I mentioned it in relation to Collingwood, who was an admirable team player in many ways. I think all the England XI well justify their place in the team, even taking into account some negative characteristics here and there.

How brave of you! If you're going to cast aspersions like that on players, then you should have the decency to defend them.

I said I couldn't know his motives, or even if he knew he did it. Colly had that awareness though. Which gave him extra value as a player.

Now I dont think I "slagged" anyone off. Apologies, if I gave that impression.
