If that's true then he's definitely the wrong man for the job as in my experience such people expect others to see it the same and are less than understanding of those who don't.

With that attitude it seems he's the same man that sent his squad back out onto the field for extra training at the end of a ODI v NZ. He already has a reputation of talking as if he's giving a presentation at a corporate seminar that has been ridiculed by many in the media but must have impressed Downton who's just fresh from an executive job in the city.
