The contrast between the way England reacted here and with Anderson v Dhoni/Jadeja is stark. Even though Anderson's outburst v India was obscene. Why?
Different coaches?
One was aimed at a player, the other an umpire (though the fact Anderson's recent aggro was aimed at an official didn't perturb many).
Different players, different standards.?
The difference in the threat of the punishment?
Something else?
