But I think that's due to a dearth of English cricket news rather than interest in what KP has to say.

KP has been tweeting offers to do junior winter coaching free of charge.

Doen't seem to be much in that Brearley article. He takes in faith that the people who wanted rid of him are reasonable people, but he has no evidence that KP was unusually hard to deal with.

One of my club-mates asked him via Twitter if he'd come to ours. Only problem is that Flower might be there as well. Could be a tad awkward...

We could invite the press and charge for entry. We'd be rich. Or, more accurately, not in debt.

Pietersen has made comment down here (he's here for The Big Bash) that he wouldn't rule out a "surprise return" to the England test team.

A surprsie for one and all.

KP can't get back into the Test team if he isn't playing any first class cricket.

I can't see it happening. Clarke, Downton, Moores, Cook, & Prior would all have to be gone first.

Prior has gone, he thinks Cook will be going soon. Once Morgan is permanent captain he expects his friend to get him back in the ODI team.

KP will remember when he became captain and he brought Harmison back into the ODI side after being out for 2 years. At first Harmison didn't want to make it look as if he was returning because of the Stanford $20m match. After KP was sacked as captain Harmison lasted 4 ODIs in the WI under Flower.

Harmison's ODI return was 12 matches 9 wickets at 47.11 econ 5.57 s/r 50.6
