Unfortunately Moores wasn't good enough. But given the interview, he doesn't seem to understand why. It's all a bit fluffy. Perhaps that's one of the reasons why it didn't work out?

He can legitimately moan about perceptions and of course the way he was sacked (though he hasn't), but it's a results business. England's performances markedly improved once he was sacked. There's more than just luck to that.
