Poor Scott Borthwick gets overlooked. Scored twice the runs than Samit in the CC and has a superior test average with the ball.

They need a bowler though. Borthwick isn't likely to get a call up for that part of his game, though Samit is a bit of a stretch.

Though picking either for their bowling isn't easy to understand. Samit's bowling could be handy in limited overs.
