In Game of Thrones apparently.

seemingly these days, everything is about game of thrones

You could be a multi award winning actor with a string of credits as long as your arm, but if you've had even a small part in GOT then the media will always describe you as 'Game of Thrones actor, so and so'

It was once true of Harry Potter. I'd be prepared to bet that somewhere in the past there was an Eric Sykes' media obituary that referred to him as 'Harry Potter star Eric Sykes'

it annoys me a little bit, tbh

I think GOT is a bit over now. Though it was in the BBC headline for Ms. Rigg.

Sadly my only memory of Minter was watching Azumah Nelson floor him with one of the best punches I've seen.

Did they fight? Huge difference in weight divisions Id have thought. Not some other ageing British guy you see Nelson spark out?

My mistake. It was Pat Cowdell who Nelson floored. In that case, Can't remember seeing Minter box.

Yup. But 'twas ever thus. The late Sir Alec Guinness was annoyed that his headline was always 'Star Wars' Obi Wan Kenobi', rather than his amazing body of work over his career. Still, he made a fair packet of cash out of it.

Eric Sykes was in Harry Potter? Don't remember that one, must have been a tiny cameo. Hence your point, I guess.

RIP Dame Diana.

precisely the point I was making

Eric Sykes played a dodery old caretaker type who got murdered very early on in one of the films by some sort of death eatery type thing

goblet of fire, I think
