Did a lot of harm to the Labour party in his later years. Has to take a share of responsibility for the hard leave outcome of the referendum and the election of the Johnson government.

BBC might call him the Lord of the Rings and Titanic actor, but for me he'll always be Yosser Hughes
I remember Graeme Souness talking about his appearance in BFTBS, in the days when he was considered to be a hard man of football, and his encounter with Hill portraying Yosser. Hill was completely in character and Souness said he radiated something that was so terrifyingly mental it genuinely scared him

I'm surprised you haven't seen it. It would be worth your while, I think. I saw it all again on the telly just a few years ago, but I forget where.
