Is there a limit on the number of Kolpaks that can play county cricket? Hampshire already have 3...

no limit the only limit is that kolpaks had to play some cricket for SA recently and be international players.
ECB does restrict kolpaks by reducing grants/loans and money to the counties but that doesn't affect the rich counties.
apparently dan Kent got some kolpaks on the pipeline as well, dobell said more to come and he agreed to keep the news quiet for a while.
