I've already PM'd my selections so won't post them all here, but for captain of the year I'd like to throw out one a bit from left field that may not have occurred to everybody: Heather Knight. World Cup winning captain and player of the series in the women's Ashes, she has led her team from the front in pretty successful year.

Ben's innings was the innings of the year last year.

And BD v England was the Test of the year.
