Lopsided scorecards

Postby betterpolo » Sun Feb 14, 2010 11:54 am

Assuming there won't be a reviving last wicket partnership South Africa's scorecard is looking horribly unbalanced. Two centurions and extras as third highest scorer..? Made me think about other lopsided scorecards and here's a classic from a ODI. Any others you can think of?

Check out the 1st innings of this match - one of the great Ashes innings?

Great shout Kim. Saffers 1st innings not bad either. India had to ruin it in the second innings with some traditional 2nd innings consistency.

Just for DDB... ;)

The first innings is the one to look at, but Tikolo didn't do too badly in either:

The 1989 Ashes series featured numerous lopsided scorecards! :Aus:
"Hey, doll. Could you scare up another round for our table over here? And tell the cook this is low grade dog food. I've had better food at the ballgame, you know? This steak still has marks from where the jockey was hitting it." Al Czervik, aka Rodney Dangerfield in "Caddyshack" (1980)
