I like Nasser but he does like to remind you that he was a pro cricketer. That can be good but also tiresome.

You must be joking, Strauss is a pain.

He is a little but stil better than Knight.

The trouble with Strauss is he tries to be serious like Gower and funny like Bumble and just ends up a Gomble.

That really is being damned with faint praise!

Perhaps Sky should make commentary stints last 5 minutes or two hours. That way, we'd know Strauss's would soon be over or that there'd be no more that day.

When he was captain, we knew why he had to be bland and use quite a lot of words to say nothing, but why now, and with such an irritating voice?

I do now after these legendary quotes.

"Up and over she goes.....and BOSH! For Six! What a way to bring up a hundred, for Alex Hales"
"It's all over baby! Because this got sent into the moon!....and some"

Genius! :clap

Funny. I was watching today with someone who doesn't like cricket but probably understands the basics. They made the point that actually Danny Morrison spoke in terms that they could understand whereas everyone else was too technical. For the likes of us this is ok, but for an outsider it makes the game seem complex and inaccessible. Just an interesting point I think.

Only Danny Morrison can bring some fun in these one sided world cup matches. Others start losing interest once the match gets one side,he won't .

IPL to begin soon, Danny will be back.

He is always good for some effervescent behaviour.

Wasn't he sacked during the last IPL?

Just checked and it was actually the 2013 IPL where he got sacked. I'm guessing he's back now then?
