England players, and whoever are their opposition , won't be available.
This tournament clashes with CPL thus preventing WIndians participating and several Kiwis are also contracted to CPL.

why would Stokes be available, out of curiosity? England haven't got any more limited over matches this summer, so not sure why they would do us a favour.... or Lancs for that matter
it would be great if they did, but i imagine England will feel that stokes will need a rest after his recent trials and tribulations, despite picking him for their own ends.... whereas they'll probably also feel that Buttler will almost certainly benefit from some middle time
