Kent 2019 thread

Postby The Professor » Wed Mar 20, 2019 10:31 pm

Getting jealous of the Durham thread and want to post more Kent based stuff.

Heino Kuhn has been made interim captain for while Denly and Billings are (not) playing in the IPL.

The obvious choice.

we are a bit sadder than most, though. We spent the first few years boasting about how good we were, and the last few years twisting about how bad we are now, so easy to get a long thread going

Devastated to have lost from that position.

Regardless of what they say must be a real demotivator at this point of the season

Great performance for Crawley today.

Quietly confident about this one....but then again I said that last match

Can't mess this one up.

Looking at CC1, there isn't an obvious whipping boys county that you know will go down. So might be very open for the drop. Though I'm guessing Warks.

Winning the toss and batting first looks integral at Taunton today.

Seems as if a fair few teams like a chase but always has a chance of backfiring if the opposition posts a huge score.

Seems like its backfiring quicker than a dyspraxic cowboy.

28/4 and a worse start to the One Day Cup than anyone could have possibly feared.
