From what I can see, its the opposite DFM.
Aside from the absolute howler mentioned (which cant be justified on any grounds), I would say if anything umpires routinely refuse appeals on height a lot. Anything you expect to hit the top third of the stumps is often declined. I have seen probably 5 or 6 plumb lbws given not out this year (going both ways) based on the umpire saying its going over, when it clearly wasnt.
