My impression too. Started ok and then hasn't done anything since.

Top 6 appear to have done well with all but Bushnell having 100 + strike rate..but my pessimism makes me wonder if 333/9 with 2 overs to go is under par?? We will soon find out.

double your 30 over score, they always say and we were 177-1, so not too far away

it should be a defendable score, but whether we can do that is another matter entirely. If we continue our trend of only taking a wicket or two, then it won't be.

Somerset, on the other hand, skittled us out with a 19 year old...... of course

I'm still not confident though. On paper it's formidable looking score and 2 quick wickets makes it seem even more so...but I have no faith in this attack. They should get the job done today but I wouldn't bet on it.

Indeed. Although if they do chase it down it would be typical if it was down to one or two unknowns!

I know that because Coughlin is only going at 5 an over and he's half way through his 3rd over

250 needed in 30 overs. A wicket or two in the near future will surely seal it but if a partnership develops can this attack withstand pressure? I know what my guess would be as to the answer so let's hope that scenario doesn't arise.
