the really good news is that Leesy and Bedders are still scoring runs ahead of the final stage of the CC. It'll be interesting to see if Capt Beaky and the corporal can revitalise their batting form and if Robbo and Clarky can remember which end of the bat to hold

That's the slight concern I have about these last few red ball games - a couple of batters out of nick and the non playing Hundred ones out of practice. Hopefully Beaky and the corporal will get some runs in the last white ball game.

And who, if anyone, will fill the 2nd overseas spot! Doubt if they'kl retain Pretorious.

I thought it would be Todd Murphy but there's been no mention so seemingly it isn't. And Carse has been picked for the T20 Internationals - I'm assuming that series will clash with at least one of our games?
