And he was becalmed until Pringle bowled the over before tea and fed him a couple of boundaries.

Bad news - the lead is over 200 and Pringle is coming back on.

Even worse news - first ball is a ripper that spins away for 4 byes. If the pitch starts to turn we are doomed!

Davies having a poor time behind the stumps to Pringle's bowling. When's Poynter back? :hide

Trott is naturally still in but I'm sure he was caught in the last over. Inexplicably given not out.

Just watched the replay and it looks as if he starts to walk and then gets given not out!

how many was he on when that happened?

I particularly liked the way he tried to turn walking off into a spot of gardening

I'm thinking that an acting career probably isn't going to be an option for him when he eventually hangs up his bat

so what do we think?

will Warks bottle it and offer us a sniff of saving the game, by batting on tomorrow, or will they think they have enough and declare first thing?

my view is that 280 is probably plenty, but I suppose they'll carry on for an hour to be on the safe side... how badly do they need the win?

I can't remember how many he was on but don't think he added many more before he was finally out.

I think they'll bat on too. They're second in the table - 11 points behind Kent and the other game in progress is a bottom of the table clash between Northants & Glamorgan.

They should have a slog for a few overs set us 300 in 90 overs. Scoring rates have been turgid throughout the game. Just a chance we can get a draw-we did bat 100+ overs in the 1st innings.

4 wickets already. Pringle with 3 in an over! I hope it's just Warcs losing them trying to hit out and not to do with the pitch.
