What's happened to Rimmington? He seems to have suddenly become really good. Perhaps he was just out of sorts last year.
Although it might say a lot about our lineup with him not looking out of place in the no 3 slot!

Lees out for 93 but Rimmington has another 50.

closing in on a 200 run lead, with wickets in hand and plenty of time in the game

summat must be up

Has the pitch gone stone dead?

lead quickly moves to 209 with Chris Wright bowling something called 2bnb valued at 6 runs, seemingly :dunno

Nightwatchman 70 not out at lunch is something I'd expect from the opposition.

If that is the case it's maybe good and bad news - good because even a modest target might be dependable but bad because there must be a great chance of a catastrophic collapse in the morning! Hopefully Lees will get a big hundred.
The lead is nearly 100 now but would anyone be surprised if the target set is under 200 even with 9 wickets in hand?

oh ye of little faith

I, on the other hand, am renowned for my levels of faith in teams that I support (which leaves me with Durham, England and GB, now that Newcastle Utd is off the menu)

I have no doubt at all that by COP we'll have a 400 and plenty lead and a whole day to bowl Leics out which we'll do comfortably

well....... I say no doubt, but I really mean just a little doubt

maybe even a bit more doubt than that, but not that much doubt really

unless we lose a couple early in the afternoon in which case the doubt levels will rise markedly

Oh dear..... this will never last

I can't look

:scared

Weather forecast suggests we might not get a full day in tomorrow. Rain forecast in the morning- but those forecasts are not reliable.

Rimmington out for 92. A shame, deserved a century.
Now let's see how this middle order get on - could do with moving the game on quickly with some dodgy weather forecast. And they usually do move games on quickly!

384/5. With 92 from the nightwatchman and the customary 3 wickets for 1 run.

I'm making no comment on how the pitch is playing but Trevaskis has 50.
So a target of 500?

How can they barely get 100 in the first innings and then 500 in the second?
