yeah, both... anyone's guess which way round they'd bat

fair comment about Woody and the hundred, but then we won't be playing any meaningful cricket while its on anyway... nor will anyone else

I don't remember Axar being that great tbh, but I'm happy to be corrected

I hope you're right and they are indeed thinking about drafting in a spinner. Might be Ackermann... we have every other good Leics player, so he might feel right at home ;)

Durham predicting a record gate of 9000+ for tomorrow's visit of Yorkies. Very good weather forecast.

Excellent. Hopefully it'll be a good contest. It'll certainly be an unpredictable one!

just remember.... we have to bowl Yorks out for under a 100 to be sure of a successful run chase.... and that's only if we get a 79 run opening partnership

Use a track right next to the one for the Leics game, should be more conducive to strokeplay.

That'd be a good idea. Hopefully a good wicket and an entertaining contest - although I suppose the last T20 wss was entertaining in a way because the ending was ridiculous!

What's the ground capacity?

Thinking of rocking up myself tomorrow, to compensate for last Friday's washout at Headingley and see an Alex Lees batting masterclass

I don't know what the capacity is, would guess it's over 10000 but I'm hopeless at estimating these things! Don't think we've ever come close to a T20 sellout so getting in shouldn't be a problem.

thick end of 20,000 for internationals, I think, although a good percentage of that would be found in the trapdoor stand.

9,000 would be very good crowd. It was rocking for 7,000

I suppose I'll have to go to the county durham stand, given that babyfootman4 and my sons in law will want to be close to a bar

I think the trapdoor stand is being used tomorrow- seemed to be some checks/work taking place during the Leicestershire game.
