If Vince can convert this into a century tomorrow, you assume that we're going to least finish roughly level with Sussex on first innings.

Tough to say whose day it has been. Pretty even overall, largely thanks to that Nash-Wright partnership.

The club has now formally announced Adams' retirement.

Good day as far I'm concerned, Sussex 200-4 to 250 all out and then Vince getting some runs at last. We'll probably still lose as we'll have to bat last but still a few positive signs for the future which we haven't had in recent games.

Vince and Ervine go to Hobden.... 57 behind, should be equal at the innings conclusion or slightly behind. Ill be peeved if Hampshire take the lead from here.
