If this continues for 2-3 games more, the ECB might have to resort to finding other ways of guaranteeing Surrey win the Championship. Expect some accounting auditors to arrive in Hove in the coming weeks. Can go through the books and decide we need more loans from the legal entity that owe us 27 million quid (and counting with interest).

Imagine this happened in the PL. The PL randomly decided not to give Arsenal its TV money because they decided they didn't like how they spent it, so instead decided they were de facto in debt and gave them a points deduction, then made them forcibly take a loan from them...
