I think you might be right about him winning it - cruised to 50 at under a run a ball.

They're just knocking the spinners around and with the occasional boundary are scoring 7.5 an over. Needs someone to get a couple of quick wickets but I don't think we have anyone who can!

Trev continues to show why perhaps he should re-invent himself as a batting allrounder

Players really do have to do that, because the label does matter. When Borthwick played in his one test he did so because England still had him pigeon holed as a leggie, despite playing for quite a while as a top 3 batter who only very occasionally bowled

Agreed. He's never going to be a prolific wicket taker in red ball cricket or probably more than a handy white ball bowler- batting is his strength. We really shouldn't be getting rid of him - assuming those rumours are true.
