Apparently Geroge Bailey is reluctant to return to Hampshire next season...apparently at 35 he struggled with playing so many games in quick succession, and the strains of leading a side battling relegation took their toll, and his back problem has flared up again... (cricinfo) Hampshire could be looking for a new captain..

Essex have signed Peter Siddle and Adam Zampa as overseas for the new season, Siddle for first 5 championship matches, and Zampa blast..
Sussex have signed Rashid Khan for the blast

Sussex have signed Ishant Sharma for first part of the season...he will be avaliable for 5 CC games and 8 50 over games

Not sure that works. Bowlers need to bowl spells and that helps them in all formats. I suspect playing CC cricket helps him in limited overs.
