Good figures despite not holding a test match, the Twenty20 success being the difference from a profit to a loss.

Boyd Rankin will not take any further part in this game against Hampshire, after bowling only one over it would be almost more accurate to say 'not take any part in this game'. His loss will be felt even more due to Warks going into this game with only 3 pace bowlers.
Currently Hants are heading for a position where only they can win this game, an excellent partnership from Dawson and Wheater really setting them up to make a big total.

Have to be careful not to over bowl Clarke and Barker and risk injury-both already bowled nearly 30 each. Select Poysden then only bowl him 8 out of 120?

The pitch is so docile that slow bowling is just too easy to hit boundaries off and I imagine they don't want the young Poysden to suffer too much.

Spinners took seven wickets in the end though.

Last five went for nine runs when the Hants batters were having a thwack.

Not getting my hopes up that Poysdens four wickets means it'll be a good pitch for Crane.

Warwickshire top order showing it's usual fragility as Bell clean bowled, can Hain score some runs for a change when his time comes.

Good pitch for ducks rather than cranes looking at the weather.

Oh I don't know, I think cranes would be at home in the wetlands of Edgbaston today.

Typical no rain at all down here, but irrespective of that I think the game was always heading for a draw whatever the weather.

Can't see a contrived result tomorrow, Warwickshire are too far behind with one day left. Haven't looked at the forecast either!

Sunny day in Chester-le-Street. Well, a bit dull and overcast but that passes for sunny up here.

Just a battle forbonus points now, if the weather allows. Probably in favour of the pace bowlers.

Warwickshire batsmen seek ways to get out as Johnathan Trott is out stumped off a pace bowler.

Bizarre especially given the match situation.

7 runs off the last 10 overs after one day lost to rain!
