Who cares about Prior though, its Matt Machan I want to see go one from here. I see an international future for the boy in the next few years, he has real quality, and a very good limited overs player who is capable of some sublime and aggressive hitting

He's been dropped 3 times.

He is sacrificing himself for the team here. He knows that Sussex did the job on Day 1 and need to leave themselves the option to bowl out Middlesex on Day 4 with enough runs to possibly win, if they can bat that long.

I know, I wasn't criticizing him, was just pointing it out.
