Agree on both points. England will try and get Prior in the side, and if back to his usual form, he'll easily deserve to be. Early days for Finn, but good to know he is at least functional.

In present conditions almost every pace bowler (except Tremlet) is taking wickets so don't let's go overboard just yet.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

I did say almost and at least Coles kept things tidy at his end.

I feel that Finn needs a full county season under his belt before any thoughts of a recall. His run-up and action need to be thoroughly grooved.

I'd definitely caution against picking Finn before the India series, it's not long ago he was claimed to be unselectable by the England management in the press.

He needs time to get his self belief back.
