Lancashire should get promoted, who goes up with them is a bit more uncertain. Northants, Derby & Essex look good. Surrey will score a lot of runs but not sure of they have the attack to bowl sides out on a regular basis.

Back injury, he's out of the next game as well.

Well, he's currently taken only 8 wickets but has been pretty ecconomical. I don't think he is part of England's plans any more which is good for us.

Hard work in the field today but it looked a lot worse when Gloucs were 2 for 159. Seem to have lost a little bit of monetum following our first two wins with a draw against Northants.

Gloucester seem to have had a decent start this year, I expected them to struggle.

Difficult day with the bat, Prince continues to roll back the years and put pay to those who questioned giving him another year. Good to see Horton scoring some pressure runs, need another 70 or so tomorrow.

Be interesting to see how long Reece is given, player of the season two years back but can't hack it this year.

Sounds as if he has had a Ben Stokes-esque moment of madness in the dressing room.

Could be terminal for him, Brown comes in as the Foxes put us in to bat. Brown is another one who is very much on borrowed time these days, if he has a good run it's hard to see Reece being there at the end of the season.

Lovely little collapse there, 155 for 2 to 156 for 5.

Against Leics, identified over the past week, as the worst attack in memory.
