Liam Plunkett celebrates recall to England squad.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

This surely just confirms that the points deduction is coming Glamorgan's way. The disappointing thing if it costs us an extra one point. The state of the pitch isn't our fault, and presumably we're ahead on D/L. It's just that ten overs haven't yet been bowled. Which again, is not our fault.

I wonder if the umpires might force Glamorgan to bowl their slower bowlers, at least until we reach 10 overs.

Bit farcial for a test pitch, surely we should take full points from a situation like that?

Never seen anything like that ( other than the WI vs Eng test )

Think they made the right choice.

So Glamorgan refused to take Hogan off. Makes me hope that they throw the book at Glamorgan even more.

Sky's fault really. Glamorgan shouldn't get penalised too much.

Sky made no difference it seems and this was always the intended pitch.

Glamorgan confirm that they were always going to use this pitch, Sky or no Sky.

Fair play to Hugh Morris, he's held Glamorgan's hands up here.

been watching the football so didn't see the lead up to the game being abandoned but the pitch didn't look that bad when Glamorgan were batting
