That's the price you pay for selling your soul in search of sponsorship. Supposedly it is the iconic "AO green". Don't mind the colour so much, but the smiley face is downright disturbing.

He ws in the squad so why he didn't play I've no idea, nor do I know why Trott didn't play. The Radio comentators at Notts gave no information about either. Disappointing showing, but we'll see how Notts perform on this pitch.

Excellent total from Durham led by a fine century from Collingwood. Muchall showing his value once again.

Maybe they're peppermint flavoured offering a refreshing taste during a game.

56 ball hundred for Hales.... going to chase down 220 here with half the overs to spare. His acceleration past from 50-100 is staggering.

Great win for Notts, Hales and Wessels set up a very easy victory. One must wonder why Warks put out such a weak line up and has given them such a terrible start to their campaign. Let's hope they don't need to rely on the net R/R to get them through.

So much for my theory that it was a tough pitch to score on. Unless it started off damp then dried out.

The heavy defeat is made even worse by the fact that, on paper at least, group B looks like much the tougher group.

Six of the eight t20 quarter-finalists are in group B, plus the two of the teams who just missed out. Five of the nine County Championship D1 teams are in group B, as well as three of the current top four in D2. All bar one of the last three years worth of one-day finalists are in group B.

Notts not having it their own way so far today, Glamorgan bowlers going well. Change in the weather conditions perhaps in favour of the bowlers. Most games today will be lucky to get stated.

Interesting over in the Yorkshire game:
@NEchoCricket: In the same over, Maxwell caught off no ball (18.2) dropped by Jones (18.4) and then caught by Jones (18.5). Now Fuller bowls Leaning 82-4

Game against Sussex rained off. Not sure if that is a good or a bad thing really.

Most games abandoned apart from Notts, Yorkshire and Somerset that has an inspection about now. Even those games will be fortunate to finish. Advantage Durham as they didn't have a game.
