The first round of these are day-night games.

Justifiable use of energy?

if the pink ball glows enough, they'll never have to put the lights on again

Klinger has 14 centuries in the last 12 months. Surely Australia have to select him.

Oh No..... not another short term selection again for heaven's sake. Its about time the selectors showed some guts and foresight and look to the future. Delaying the problems doesn't solve them. In any case, there is already Voges.

smart move by NSW to declare and have half a dozen overs in the dark with the pink ball.

I see that the Vic's left out Cameron White and Aaron Finch. White's loss of favour has been swift. Finch has never really cut it with the red ball. And Tassie left out Jordan Silk, a week after he registered a double ton in grade cricket.

More success for Mitch2. Only England can bat against him.

AA (Ashton Agar) scores a ton wearing a shirt warning against drinking alcohol.

That NSW attack is ridiculous.

The sooner these test players go to training camp the better they're ruining the competition, Starc in particular.
Nice double ton not out from Klinger, lets hope CA don't drag him away.

Finch is currently 214* against NZ!

Tas working on getting a hiding. SA going to be soundly beaten. QLD/Vic heading for a draw (not so sure about this, just thought i'd chuck it in).

The difference is is that Klinger has been scoring runs for fun for best part of two years now. Instant impact?

Starc collects Callum Ferguson on the helmet with a bouncer and this sends the newneck/back-of-the-head guards flying off (apparently that's how they were designed).

Ferguson wasn't hurt, and goes on to make 96 in a losing battle. Stard may have been intially shaken by the incident, but he too must have recovered fine, as it was wel short of being his last bouncer for the day.

Tas fighting to avoid this. SA has stolen the hiding tag from Tassie, and QLD/Vic have contrived to prove me wrong - a bold declaration by the Vics (3/319 - 125 runs behind) has worked as QLD were then bowled out for 103 in 32 overs. Surely Victoria can pul this one off - less than 200 needed with all 10 2nd innings wickets in hand.
