yeah no standout spinners in div2 this year, slightly suprsising..Keogh only had one good game..and his bowling average was something like 450 before that performance...

I read somewhere that Keogh was the most successful spinner in Division 2 this year. I don't know if that's correct, but I couldn't think of anyone else who's stood out over the season.
