But bad news is looks as if we'll lose him for good in2019. Lewis in charge and he'll probably make Poytner his assistant.

He'll probably make him captain as well!

Stoneman has a half century for Surrey but Borthwick has gone for 7 from 46 balls!

Scott's having a 'mare at present. Steve James in Times predicting Rocky in for 1st W.Indies test with Keets sent back to Durham to regain form but expected to be in Ashes squad. Wood fit but not expected to play v W.Indies. All in all good news for Durham.

Excellent. If James is correct we might have both of those two available tomorrow. If Jennings returns he'll be captain and hopefully won't bowl Coggers in the power play!

His predictions were correct - Jennings out and replaced by Rocky and Wood is not in the squad.

No reason why both can't play tomorrow night and will Lewis w/k mate be dropped?

So a Durham England XI is now complete.
Jennings
Stoneman
Borthwick
Collingwood
Stokes
Mustard(ODI)
Plunkett
Wood
Onions
Brown
Harmison

Doubt if any other County can match this record but FTECB fine DCCC for mismanagement. Are there some greeneyed monsters amongst the FTECB directorate.

Fantastic record especially as we've only been a FC county for just over 25 years.
Highlights the folly of FTECB for damaging a successful system.

Obviously I'm a bitter footman, but I was appalled when I saw the news that Stonemercenary had been called up.

I wish him no joy of it, at all.

Yes but if he hadn't took the Sorry shilling we probably wouldn't have signed Cameron Steel. Presumably also we'll get an increase in our FTECB grant because of Stonemercenary's call up. So thanks,Rocky.

Next members forum is August 30th - day 3 of the Derbyshire match. I'm sure the forums are normally on day 2 to try and ensure the match isn't over so there are still spectators in the ground. Wonder if they are secretly hoping the game will be done and dusted so turnout is low!
