I wasn't pinning much hope of him scoring many runs anyway.

First target is to see off the new ball without losing more than a couple of wickets.

Somerset have two wickets left and only 78 runs ahead, so currently they are odds on to lose.

So it wouldn't be all doom and gloom if we did lose this game.
