George Bailey is massively past his best, he's currently borderline rubbish.

He must have read my post judging by tonight's performance!

I seem to remember us qualifying for the quarter finals once with a won eight lost eight record once, think we even went on to win the whole tournament.

Looks like it could be easily won seven lost seven this time around, excepting no results!

Weather forecast doesn't look great for today and tomorrow so hopefully that will lead to us drawing the game.

Where are you Brendy?

Looks like a washout today as well.

9 points is fine, level with Lancs but behind on head to head and they have a game in hand.

On holiday. But back now.

McManus and Rilee both out for the season with broken fingers.

A blow of course, but not massive. Neither have been contributing much in the CC (and besides, Essex are almost too far away to catch, and we may only need one more win to secure survival). Not having Rilee to open in the t20s is probably the biggest blow - particularly if Carberry continues to be out for much longer. Might see Will Smith recalled for one or both formats.

I didn't know about the injuries, who's going to keep wicket?

W R Smith was a w/k at the beginning of his career.

Calvin Dickinson (2nd xi keeper) is in the squad for the t20 tonight. 2nd xi t20 finals day today and Fraser Hay is doing the makeshift keeper job. Oddly Adams is also playing but he's in the squad and will surely play tonight? Perhaps he intends to home back after the semi final (it's at Arundel) and just wanted some game time?

Typical, missed the whole thing. What a cracking win, Mason Crane called up by England, great day for Hants cricket.

Glamorgan currently top the table with a negative run rate after that thumping today.

It's not a must-win tonight, thanks to yesterday's thumping win. But having played one, and sometimes two, more games than other sides, a defeat tonight would make things very, very tight for us. We would have to beat Somerset in our final game, whilst almost certainly relying on the odd result or too going in our favour.

So lets avoid that please Hants, and win tonight. Keep it in our own hands.

I'm liking this habit of Dawson picking up a wicket in the opening over.

I'd say Kent have got about ten more than I'd have liked, but it is still a very gettable score. Or at least would be with Rilee and Carberry in the team. Surely a lot of pressure on Vince from here.
