Just come down the pitch a little and negate the spin.

Slow spin will be manageable, if its spitting then we've had it.

No blame attached to Alsop there. Just like the Middlesex batters against Leach and Bess, I'm don't know how anyone - especially a left-hander - can bat against Patel turning it like this.

No points deduction for Somerset. "Below average" grading - it needed a "poor" grading for a deduction.
