They can't claim they haven't been warned true but is it fair that innocent members of the team and particularly their supporters should be punished?. A massive fine and lengthy suspension for the individual miscreants is surely fairer and more effective.

Don't know if it is fair but perhaps it is the only thing that will bring about change. They might react to what I imagine is a very angry group of fans at the moment and finally sort themselves out. You rarely hear this about other teams but often Leicestershire.

If it's in the rules which it is then they can have no complaints because frankly every five minutes they were being told about this.

If Leicester are keen to rectify this then the 1st thing they should do is change their captain. Either Cosgrove condones this behaviour or he doesn't command the respect to be able to prevent it. Either way he should step down. And a paltry one match ban is ridiculous

At the Oval Warks choose to bowl first with an uncontested toss. No young players made the team so just taken for experience. Meaker not in Surrey team is he injured again? He''s in my FL team as a wild card, seems it maybe too wild a pick.

Hope you weren't the headmaster! It's a standard £15 for a day's championship play. Surely you can borrow a season card. It's £5 after tea at Durham I believe.
