At Kensington Oval, Barbados comfortably beat Hampshire by seven wickets with more than three overs to spare. Pacer Miguel Cummins took 3-27 to restrict the visitors to 227-7, built around 63 from Sean Ervine and 51 from Joe Weatherley. Fidel Edwards was one of three Hants bowlers taking a wicket each to reduce the hosts to 63-3, but unbeaten knocks by Jonathan Carter (92) and Roston Chase (85) took Barbados to victory.

At the 3W's Oval, Trinidad massacred the CCC by nine wickets in the 12th over. It was Sunil Narine again, bamboozling the CCC batsmen, taking 5-10 to dismiss the students for an embarrassing 101 all out. Opener Evin Lewis was in a hurry, hammering 70 not out from just 41 balls as Trinidad lost just one wicket in the chase.
