I have been thinking about becoming a member again, but i note that a great many CC matches start on a Monday, which is pretty much the worst possible day for me. I'm always busy on a Mon and a Tues, I have to collect babyfootman8 from nursery on a Wed lunchtime, and asking Durham to play a 4 day CC game seems a bit of a stretch, these days so I'm not so sure

where's Roseworth Terrace?

Franklin introduced to media on Durham facebook. Media presence on a par with Lewis.Clearly haven't found a batting coach as yet.

Typical! North might have to take on the role until we find one. :facepalm

going to have the players do their fitness training in true chariots of fire fashion?

I feel absolutely certain that when all is revealed it will leave us all totally underwhelmed

perhaps it means we can't afford to fly Bancroft over so we've booked him on a merchant cargo vessel and expect him to dock at Roker marina in mid July

Expansion of our academy intake. Looking to intercept illegal immigrants and offer them trials.

I think he'd be handy but also suspect England commitments might rule him out. Won't be a problem though - as Bostock says in the article , there will be no shortage of candidates keen to do the job!

Apart from Sam Whiteman (66) with whom he shared an opening stand of 119, only one other player posted a double digit score and that one was 10..... although most of them did manage to hang around for a while........ there is a lesson there, somewhere, if only I had the wit to see it

Either way, Cameron... this is good practice for what is to come.... worth getting used to it before you come over

He made 86 in the second innings - and WA were all out for 147!

Thought our T20 game plan last season was spot on but Tahir is an essential part. Hopefully that cryptic tweet was referring to his return. I'd regard a batting coach more essential than a T20 coach. I reckon Colly would still be worth a playing place for his bowling-and his captaincy :hide or :horse
