I agree. The IPL and World Cup will rule out a lot of players but there must be some quality bowlers around who are almost guaranteed to have a major impact. Actually the ones who are available will probably be ideal because they will be specialists in the longer form of the game.
That said a least he has experience of county cricket so shouldn't get a nasty shock - although I don't think he churned out the runs for - think it was Gloucestershire?
