Above not possible, I'm afraid. "Trapdoor" area already designated for exclusive use of visiting FTECB Directorate. Pack of starving Rottweiler's below. Just a jolly jape,eh what old chaps. GSOH and all that. Ho, Ho, Ho!

feels more fitting somehow

FTECB may be ravening beasts, but they aren't noted for being an aggressive in your face predator... more the sneak up behind you and bite you in half when you aren't looking type

Interesting and varied MCC team. Colly is also manager of North side which precedes this fixture which means he'll had virtually no rest before DCCC season starts and no time with the Durham squad.

Just noticed Colly is NOT captain?

Cult pace bowler Doug (The Rug) Bollinger has retired. Best remembered over here for his struggles at Adelaide in the 2010-11 Ashes, which ended his Test career. But a bowling average under 26 suggests success elsewhere, and a good limited overs quick.

Yes, like many left armer's his bowling was inconsistent. Bit of a disaster as Worcestershire's overseas some years back iirc.

tough old world, when someone who's just earned 1.4 million quid has to use the front door in and out of court

I was thinking it seemed a bit odd to deny the request but having thought about it even the most high profile cases have the defendants walking in through the front door so there must be a strict rule about it for some reason.
