Imagine if we'd based our decision on a 'Wor Nige' fitness test?

He hasn't been playing in the T20's so far and don't think he's been in the seconds either. Presumably it is because the initial loan had ended and they were sorting out the contract or could he be ...surely not :facepalm

unless, of course, we sent him to Kevin Shine for advice on how best to avoid a stress fracture of the back

2nds did double over MCC YC. Clark and Weighell among the runs, Carse back bowling.

Following his 53 against us, Mustard scored 145 in NEPL on Saturday! With Saffer Snydon scored 173!

Seconds seem to be having a pretty good season. Good to see Carse is bowling again.
Red hot Mustard!

Had a chat with one of the regulars tonight and he says Potts is out for the season with a stress fracture of the back and Carse is really struggling with his knee injury, apparently it flared up again in the seconds game this week.
On a positive note he mentioned a young left arm bowler who is very quick - can't remember the name but he said he had played for CLS and the Durham coaches rate him highly. Although he did also say this lad has had problems with shin splints... a strength and conditioning program with Nigel will surely sort that out. :facepalm

Aye, couple of sessions with Nigel and he'll be completely knackered-.J. O.I. Campell by name. Very impressive for 2nd and only about 19 year old, I believe. Nothing to lose by giving him a few T20's.
Carse should focus solely on his batting imo-it's what's called a Kent free zone.
No -That's not a misspelling!
Apply same to Potts come to think about it.
