I'd wager Mason Crane is the key to who ends up winning this game.

Thankfully got runs on the board early doors.

Yep. Same against Yorkshire. Same against Somerset.

If we have one big fault, it's that we can't replicate what is almost the norm these days in scoring 100 of the last 10. And as you say, it's because of the middle order.

I'm not going to blame Rilee one little bit. He did his job. It's not his fault that our middle order is so weak. But from the moment he got out, this was always likely to happen.

Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

Looks a useful score on paper. Maybe with the heat the pitch will be dry and it'll get harder to chase later on.

30 short of where we should have got - our last 9 overs were exactly 60-5 - but I'll take 330 in a final.

It's a serious Kent batting line-up though.

feels short to me, but thn this is the big occasion, so perhaps it will turn out to be plenty.

Denly has been the best player in the entire tournament, for me, so perhaps these 4 wickets will be his significant contribution in the match and you'll nip him out early. fingers crossed, because if he gets going he could very quickly take the game away from you

Kuhn is on even better form than Denly with the bat, which is worrying.

And Blake ALWAYS scores big, quick runs against us. He rarely seems to score anything against anyone else.

Yep, it scared me a bit when I looked at their lineup earlier, full of power hitters and form players.

Hopefully Steyn can come in and give us something outstanding early doors, he's capable, but whether he's got it in him yet remains to be seen.

Monumental gamble from us to play him. We had a fit and ready Topley to select. But we've gone with Crane, who is our top wicket taker, but also injured. And out for the season after this.

Billings teeing off now but 93 needed from 49 balls so it'll take something remarkable.
