I would say he was very much in form in this game, 1st innings he came in amongst a cluster of wickets with no real match practice and scored a very good 36 before getting a good ball and then in the second innings once again scored a very good 36 before Abbott tried taking a single that didn’t look on because he wanted to get off being on a pair.

He scored more in the game than any Worcestershire player.

Blimey last six wickets fall for 24 runs.

That's all three bowling innings that we've wiped out the tail for nothing.

The ball has been doing a bit all day, especially for Fidel, but that wasn't the reason for that collapse. Curran and Clarke completely threw their wickets away, trying to hit Dawson out the park. And Dernbach at 9 shows that Surrey have some tail in this game. Dawson will rarely pick up an easier four-fer.

Although as I type, we have just lost Jimmy. Given that we had a substantial 20 over spell to bat, I was never hopeful of getting in zero down. But I did half hope we might be able to finish just one down.

Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

I’d say that’s fairly even, first session tomorrow will be crucial. Please have Amla in above Nottheast 6 is far too deep for him

He's the only batter doing anything for us in this game.

Our innings ended as quickly as Surrey's.

Half the wickets in the match so far have been lbw, six in our innings obviously.

Can't see any other result than a defeat from here, so back to scraping enough points to avoid relegation.

How long does Roussow get in this team?

Six LBWs, one clean bowled, and three catches by the keeper.

Pretty much says everything about how much the ball was talking.
