Couldn't even keep them below 250 off 44 overs, let aloe 50 overs.

The rain is welcome to wash out the rest of this match.

Hmm. Hants are winning this aren't they? 100 off 19 with 8 wickets in hand.

I'm not confident just yet. But I blame our weak middle order for my lack of confidence. Purely based on your equation, it should be an absolute stroll.

Feels like a similar scale of chase as the second half of their last game, but with more wickets in hand.

Surrey have got some handy bowlers, so not a cert exactly.

As I said, we don't have a middle order. Surrey slight favourites now for me. Slight.

Hampshire seem to be doing their best to lose this one. Wasp was at 99% at one point.

It's because of losing Rilee. Once our entire top three was gone, we were always going to be in trouble. It just a bunch of guys who aren't good enough, after that.

Yep, apart from Berg 4 to 11 are distinctly average to poor, and now he's out we look like messing up a fairly straightforward run chase when Roussow got out.

The painful thing is that it's only a run a ball (and it wasn't even that). But through a mixture of not being intelligent enough to avoid going for the big shots against a decent bowler in Clarke, and not skilful enough to find the gaps and keep the scoreboard ticking over, we're going to get bowled out.

Still hope, Crane and McManus are capable, and Weatherly is in.

Rossouw finally makes an impact
