Thought Amla was going to open second innings?

He said next game, but if McManus does well then it might not happen

3 in 4 balls, moves the game on nicely, with tomorrow looking dodgy weatherwise.

Solent earlier said tomorrow looks okay, slightly cloudy. Monday is the worry

Strange, BBC says raining all day tomorrow and sunshine all day Monday.

Rilee is never going to play like typical first class batter. In many ways, I quite like that. Not ideal, not by any means. By does add excitement. And can lead to some match-winning innings, as this one is hinting at.

Would still rather play Ervine

Berg bowled and Amla ran out next ball.

236-8 effectively, ideal would like another 50 but don’t see it

Mixed feelings. Looks like 250 will be about the target. That's certainly defendable, especially if the ball continues to move and with the variable bounce. Thet couldn't score that first time round. But equally it's Worcs back in the match, when we had a fairly nice first innings lead.

Amla is not in great form at the moment. He has scored 350 runs in last ten games at an average of 25.
