At least it looks from the lineup as if he is going to open the batting - he'll probably carry his bat for 27 not out!

The only positive is that the pressure is off with a lineup that looks almost unbelievably fragile and we have had some very pleasant unlikely results before so there may be hope. I will not rush to judgement ...I'll give them an hour and a half before doing that!

True. I was going to say Latham must have a better start than Markram but that might be tempting fate because Markram's pair was not two first ballers.
It's all so unlucky though - who would have guessed that a small squad with injury prone bowlers would hit crisis point due to a load of injured bowlers. At the back of my mind I think about the T20 looming on the horizon
