Think it's 2 years for Rimmo. McCarthy and Potts are also handy with the bat.

So far this season, we have fielded 13 players who have featured in 3 or less of the 9 matches and only Rushy, Smith, Steel and Clark have featured in 7 of the 9, so we go into each match with a few players who have been parachuted into the side, presumably to fill holes, and if we don't address this, then we will sit in the middle or at the bottom of div 2 for years to come

at last, though, it does look as though we are starting to try and tackle it. As well as the openers, Salisbury looks a good signing

Yes, we do seem to be more proactive. Lees said he had several other offers but instinctively chose us - he was never going to say otherwise but I suspect he's telling the truth because it'd be a surprise if someone of his ability doesn't come good.
Salisbury a revelation, either we got lucky or someone made a shrewd choice.

I think so. He was also with Hampshire. Think Brendy said he started off very well for them but didn't build on the start.

pity that we can only play this lot once

I was going to say that I hate the lottery of not playing everyone twice, but at least we won't have to be blown away by the returning Matt Henry for Kent

Dixon has changed it's product which is what the cricketer should do.
Where does Will Smith fit in next year? Obviously Colly needs to go so how about

Sandpaper
Lees
Steel
Smith
Clark
Harte
Poytner
Wood
McCarthy
Salisbury
Rush.

That looks like a useful side - Weighell/Potts in the mix when Wood is either injured or away with England and if Carse ever recovers he'd be an option. All of those bowlers are injury prone but hopefully between them they can make an impression.
