2 wickets in 2 balls for Rushy should seal the win but always the chance of a final twist!

Probably want to beat Lancs if we want a home QF, because lots of teams could still be in the hunt to grab that last QF slot on the final day including Derby, so they'll be up for a fight if we find ourselves having to beat them

Yeah, quite a few still in with a chance of a top 4 finish. I wonder if Onions will play on Sunday? Probably not as he hasn't featured in their last few games but it would certainly add some drama if he turns out.

he'd get a good reception, surely?

I keep looking at the south table and seeing Kent and Glamorgan

Ingram is in unstoppable form atm, and I still remember getting done for 81 against Kent

I should have more faith, but it's a reflex action, sadly

Rain all day on Sunday according to the Weather Channel -no result would guarantee a home Q/F.

Bunny sure to get a good reception but he'd also be determined to prove a point after the acrimonious parting of the ways!
I have the same reflex action, despite the remarkable run of results I would not fancy our chances against any team in the south group. At some stage these average looking scores won't be enough to win games.

That'll do!

2.30 start... it would have to rain a lot to wash the game out. They only have to squeeze in 5 overs a side, which would favour Lancs, I think.

better to play them...... and beat them :box

Yeah, 5 overs wouldn't be good!

Only scoring 174 against the Northants attack this season is severe underperformance.

And we were quite fortunate to get that many!
Most of the wins have been low scoring ones, something like defending under 170 5 or 6 times. Very reliant on the top 3.
