I still can't get the 81 against Kent out of my head

Weighell back in for Pringle. We've won the toss and decided to bowl, conditions tricky so setting a target might be tough but if they get a half decent score it won't be easy.
Wood strikes early. 3/1.

Lancs on the rack a bit.... 3 down, but the dangerous Davies is still there and it's raining

Sounds as if they're about to resume play but I'm in Pelton right now and it's raining - weather here often heads to CLS so there could well be another delay soon.

66/4

Woody has 2-8 .............. as I always say... pace on the ball in this game ;)

2-5 for Rimmer

Davies is still there but isn't breaking out atm

slow going for Lancs

rain is holding off where I live..... just about

try and restrict them as much as poss and then go bonkers for 5 overs to get ahead of the rate

I'm a bit surprised they didn't promote Faulkner up the order. He can certainly give it a biff

surprising time to introduce him

Yep. One bad over and we might struggle. Think Yorks looked like getting about 130 in the first game but got close to 160 and we never looked like chasing it down.

Target is 144. That could well be a challenging total given that 150/160 has been a good first innings score at CLS and I assume conditions are even more bowler friendly than usual.
Do they risk an all out assault in the power play? If it works we should be ok but if not the fragile middle order may have too much to do.
